Squarespace needs the data to run this Site, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyzes the data in a de-personalized form.
Contact Form Submissions: When you fill out and submit the contact webform, we collect the data requested in the webform [name, email address, and message] in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. This message is also sent over email to a Google Workspace-managed email account for storage and as a means of responding to message inquiries. Newsletter Signup Submission: When you fill out and submit the newsletter/email notifications webform, we collect the data requested in the webform [email address] in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. This information is stored within Squarespace and used to send out Newsletters and other email updates via Squarespace’s email messaging center.

Scheduling With Acuity Scheduling
When you use the Site to schedule a consultation or sign up for a workshop, we collect personal information from you to complete the booking. For scheduling consultations, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and details relating to your appointment. For workshop signups, we collect your name, email address, phone number, address, and a one-time credit card payment. This information is collected through Acuity Scheduling, Squarespace’s scheduling service provider, so that they can provide online booking services to us. All information collected through Acuity Scheduling is protected by reCAPTCHA. All credit card transactions are encrypted and secure. Information is transferred only over HTTPS with up to 256-bit encryption. Servers are also verified PCI compliant. Additionally, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Acuity Scheduling also makes use of the third-party service provider Stripe – a credit card payment processing service. Stripe will also receive your personal information and process it in accordance with their privacy policies (https://stripe.com/privacy). Stripe is only used to complete and process payment transactions.
INFORMATION RETENTION
We retain the information we collect from you (such as name, email, phone) until we no longer need the information to contact you, or until you request to be removed from our contact list.
